Find me Friday: Adventureland

"Here is adventure, here is romance, here is mystery. Tropical rivers,
flowing silently into the unknown, the unbelievable splendor of exotic
flowers, the eerie sounds of the jungle, with eyes that are always
watching... this is Adventureland."

- Walt Disney

As you walk along Main Street USA, to your left is Adventureland, home of two most popular Magic Kingdom attractions, the Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean. From South Pacific to the West Indies, from Africa to the Amazon, this is the only place you can climb a tree at the Swiss Family Robinson's Treehouse, explore the jungle on Jungle Cruise, fly in the dessert on carpets at The Magic Carpets of Aladdin and hear birds talk and sing at the Enchanted Tikki Room (not my favorite but the kids love it).

As you travel through this exotic land, be sure to stop at Aloha Isle, home of the famous Dole Whip, the famous soft serve pineapple treat. This refreshing treat can now be found throughout the park. Our next stop will be Frontierland.
