Flower and Garden Festival: The Smoke House Smoked Beef Brisket

This was another one of my husband's favorite spots: The Smokehouse. I tried it last year and was not that thrilled with the pulled pork sandwiches; so this year we figured we would try the beef brisket.

The Brisket came with collard greens and  jalapeno corn bread on the side. The collard greens were so good, I could have taken just a big ole' bowl of those!

The brisket was good and the collards were soo yummy, but the corn bread was just too dry. This dish costs $6.75.
